The AI can be adjusted by opening the CMD file and 
changing the value for var 59, 1 being easiest and so 
on, the highest I advise is 10, any higher and his
chances for blocking and countering would be 
boardering cheap.
 
The Default is 5.

The RCTFS.def is for people that actually like that 
tiny real chibi character size.

Time Flux Sonic has time/space powers, most of which 
can be activated with the use of the "C" button and/or
a directional button.
 
The up direction acts as a teleport move, use to dodge
attacks, MVC2 style punches and kicks.

Requirement: Power Stock above 0

Well come on his name is Time Flux, of course i'd give 
him a move that slows/stops time. This is that move,
if used when your power level is max (level 3) this
move stops time, anything less time is just slowed 
down.

Just for this move the number of Guests that can 
appear on screen is 6.

Can be turned off by pushing "C".

Command: Down+C
Requirement: Power Stock above 100

Time Flux Sonic creates a clone of himself by opening
a vortex to a parallel dimension and forcing that 
version of himself through it. Keeping that version of
himself alive in his dimension takes power stock and
once empty the clone dies.

It can also die from losing all hitpoints, the higher 
the power you have the more hitpoints it gets.

Once the clone is created the "c" button does a team
attack with the clone.

Command: None
Requirement: Get a perfect previous round.

Getting a perfect grants you an extra life. Time Flux 
Sonic reverts to the way he got hit in the Sonic games
, activating this takes 1 life. Gathering rings 
restores health.

As stated above, they can be comboed just like special
moves. Both drain 400 power to use.


;----------{Double Blazer}----------------------------
Command: C 
Requirement: Clone is alive, you are grounded, and 400 
power.

Time Flux Sonic and his clone does Blue Blazer with a
taunt after the second hit.


;----------{Spin Smash}-------------------------------
Command: C 
Requirement: Clone is alive, you are aerial, and 400 
power.

Time Flux Sonic and his Clone calls multiple spin 
waves to slowly knock enemies up for the final flip
kick.

Sonic.

Just for fun he spins his head in a small vortex to 
attack.

Time Flux Sonic materializes a bigger version of his 
glove to knock opponents into the air.

Command: b, in the air

TDS rips a hole in current dimension, once it hits the
opponent it sends them right to the ground.

Time Flux Sonic calls his foot from 3 vortexes of

Time Flux Sonic summons a random person from alternate 
universes to aid him, for a few seconds.

Command: F, D, DF, y

TTime Flux Sonic does an upward backfilp then a strong 
kick to knock foes to the ground hard.


;----------{Teleport}---------------------------------
Command: F, D, DF, b or B, D, DB, B

He teleports in the direction based on the command 
used to activate it.


;----------{Blue Blazer}------------------------------
Command: D, DF, F, x

TFS charges forward to tackle enemies.

*Can be done from spin dash to increase speed and 
power.


;----------{Homing Target Throw}----------------------
Command: D, DF, F, a on the ground.

TFS throws an arcing target crosshair for Homing 
Attack. Does 1 damage and stays on target when hits.

*Will blink when TFS is in range to hit, turns green
when out of range for regular Homing Attack.


;----------{Homing Attack}----------------------------
Command: D, DF, F, a in the air.

TFS does a quick burst towards p2 if the crosshair is
still set, just flies diagnoally down otherwise.

*TFS will not fly upward towards an opponent.

Moves that do a great deal of damage and take bars of
power to activate.

;----------{Falcon Punch}-----------------------------

Hyper Level: 3

TFS does his version of Falcon Punch, with Capt. 
Falcon's voice. If it hits the enemy is knocked in the
past and attacked by dinosaurs. :p

TFS combos his enemies along with the help of his
past/present/future selves.

TFS summons a mine cart from Sonic Spinball, if the 
opponent is hit they are transported to a special 
stage.

TFS sends 2 vortexs outward to use as a transporter to
keep enemies in purpetual motion with hes spins to 
keep the momentum going.

Air only.

Command: D, DF, F, z, in air
Hyper Level: 1

TFS starts charging to burst forward into P2. Once 
connected TFS grinds on their face as he builds speed
then sends P2 flying towards the wall.

*Aims the same as regular Homing Attack.

Hyper Level: 1

TFS builds up speed to dash faster than the speed of 
sound.
